ApexDevelopper provides Avanilo (com.myplanner.prototype). For privacy questions or requests, contact appdevmain24@gmail.com. This policy describes this Android test version; it does not describe future paid services.
Data on your device
Avanilo stores the tasks, projects, notes, reading information, personal budget records, wishes, profile details, selected images, settings and progress that you enter or import on your device. It uses this information to provide the features you choose. A profile name and photo are local profile information, not an online Avanilo account. The app does not require an Avanilo login.
Developer servers, advertising and purchases
This test version has no Avanilo cloud synchronization, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or active payment integration. It does not upload your planning database to developer servers. Purchase controls are unavailable and displayed prices are examples. No payment is taken by this test version.
Microphone and speech recognition
Voice task entry is optional and currently supports Russian dictation. Microphone permission is requested for this feature. Compatible on-device speech recognition is used when its availability is confirmed. Otherwise, Android's selected speech recognition provider may send audio to its servers for recognition. That provider's own privacy policy and device settings govern its processing. Avanilo does not retain audio buffers or create an audio archive; recognized text is shown for review and can become task content when you save it. Use typed entry if you do not want to use speech recognition. You may revoke microphone permission in Android settings.
Images, documents and backups
The app accesses files and images you select for its features through Android file or image selection. Selected profile and wish images may be copied into app storage. You choose the destination when exporting a backup. If you choose a cloud document provider, that provider may upload the exported file under its own terms. A backup can contain private planning records and images. Keep exported copies secure; the developer does not receive them automatically.
Permissions and background features
Notification permission enables reminders and focus notifications. The foreground service supports a focus countdown you start, with notification controls. Boot and time-change events help restore supported reminder and widget scheduling. The app does not promise delivery after force-stop or despite every battery restriction. It does not request location, contacts or broad access to your device's files.
Storage, retention and deletion
Your local records remain in app storage until removed by available app controls or until Android app data is erased or the app is uninstalled. Exported backups and files you keep outside app storage are separate and must be deleted separately. This version disables Android automatic app backup. Its local database is not encrypted by an app-managed secret; this policy does not claim database or backup encryption. Protect your device and copies with appropriate device and storage security. The developer cannot remotely retrieve or delete local records. Do not erase app data or uninstall if you need to preserve your records without a verified backup. Exported backups are not password-protected by Avanilo.
Support correspondence
If you email support, the developer and email provider receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. Please do not send your database, financial details or other private records unless necessary. Support messages are used to handle your request and are retained for up to 90 days after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is necessary for an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation. You may request earlier deletion by emailing the privacy contact.
Audience and updates
Avanilo is intended for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults, rather than children under 13. Local age requirements may also apply. The policy must be updated before new services change the processing described here. Any published replacement must identify its effective date and a working privacy contact.
